1. Copyrighted Materials

This website (including Sambad.com, all its subdomains, and specifically sambad.com) contains proprietary materials protected under international copyright law. These materials include, but are not limited to, original result images and PDF files displaying the results of Dear Lottery (Nagaland State), Punjab State Dear Lottery, Sikkim State Labhlaxmi, bumper draws and any other lottery published on our websites, as well as related datasets.

Our result files (e.g., PDF, JPEG, WebP) may be used under the following conditions:

• You must provide clear attribution.
• For websites, attribution must consist of a visible, active dofollow link on every page where our material appears.
• Intentionally blocking the indexing of this link by search engines (e.g., Google, Bing) is forbidden.
• Any attempt to hide or suppress attribution (including, but not limited to, rel="nofollow", meta directives, or robots.txt rules) constitutes a violation of this license.

2. Database Usage Restrictions

Copying, scraping or reproducing our websites and their archives, including archives of past results, monthly or yearly lottery statistics, tables and images, is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission. This applies to manual copying as well as to automated bots, scripts and crawling tools. The only permitted way to obtain our data programmatically is our API. Data obtained through the API under a valid token is used on the conditions set out in Section 3.

3. API Access

We offer access to our data via our API. Access is free for lottery websites. The access token is issued automatically at api.sambad.com/api-token/: sign in with Google, place our link on the homepage of your domain, verify it, and the token is issued instantly. One token per domain. The link is re-checked daily: if it disappears, the token is paused and resumes when the link is back. Request limits are stated in the API documentation; higher limits are available on request through the support form. API access is governed by the following terms:

• Websites using our API must keep one indexable dofollow link on their homepage, with the link text and address issued when the token was registered, unchanged.
• They are not required to attribute on every internal page where our content is displayed.
• Draw results received through the API under a valid token may be stored in your own database without any time limit and published on the registered domain, including archive pages for dates older than the 30-day window of the API.
• It is prohibited to resell the data, to pass it on to third parties as a dataset, to distribute it through your own API, feeds or bulk export, or to use it to build a competing data service. The token does not grant ownership of our database.
• These rights apply while the token is active and the link on your homepage is in place. If the link is removed, the token is paused and no new data may be obtained. All data and files obtained through the API must then be deleted from your website and database. Once the link is restored and the token resumed, the data may be fetched from the API again.
• Obtaining our data by any means other than the API, including scraping of our websites, remains prohibited even if you hold a token.
• Result images and PDF files received through the API may be displayed on the registered website, either by linking to the files on our servers or by hosting copies on your own server. The files must remain unchanged, including our marks. The link on your homepage is the only attribution required for these files.
• Use of the API on advertising-supported or otherwise monetised websites is permitted.

4. General Legal Terms

• This website is operated and controlled from within the European Union.
• Users accessing or using content from this site agree that any disputes or claims arising from these terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the European Union.
• Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in courts located within the European Union.
• If any part of this license agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sambad.com and all its subdomains, from any legal claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses resulting from misuse of the content.
• Mirroring this website, embedding its pages in frames or reproducing its pages as a whole without written permission is strictly prohibited. The use of individual result files is governed by Section 1; the use of data and files obtained through the API is governed by Section 3.

5. Violations and Enforcement

Any violation of these license terms will result in:

• Immediate issuance of automated DMCA takedown notices;
• If ignored, the violation will be documented and notarized, and we reserve the right to escalate to legal action.

By using this website and any of its content, the user automatically agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
